"Food was amazing and came out really fast, even got myself a cheesecake and for being in the fridge it was delicious. Tables were clean and place was organized and easy to navigate. Just wish there was somebody coming around to help clean the table once it was done, but other than that, perfect."
"We waited for 45 minutes for a drive thru order. People who were waiting before and after us were getting down with their order that was incorrect. I got down and you can tell there were plenty of people working but they were rushing orders that were wrong . Our food make with poor quality. Tasted burnt , the quesadilla had little to no meat. Will not being going back . A taco had no meat at all ."
"I don’t know they always mess something at this location. I asked for charro beans as my side and got cheese, on top of waiting 25 minutes for my food in drive thru. It’s still messed up. Ridiculous"
"I have been here plenty of times and they've gone downhill and I feel that maybe the general managers will pay attention if I add to the reviews. I purchased two taco tote pack and I was told there was no baked potato nor charro beans, my husband asked if he could get an empanada instead of the refried beans or rice; but we were told no. I asked for the cheesey squash. The tacos were fine, but the refried beans where not mushed enough they had whole beans. The cheesey squash was extremely spicy. I felt the spice all the way to my ears. It was uneatable! The salsa bar was dirty. In one of the coke machine the handle to push for ice was missing. My meal consisted of two taco tote packs and two kids meals, the cost with tax was $52. For the cost of the food I expect a higher quality of service and cleansingness."
"Awesome tacos! I had the bistek & frito plate (steak and potato) and both were perfectly cooked and delicious. Also had rice and beans which you could tell were house made and a perfect match to the dish. My workmate had the pork (al pastor) tacos and was solidly impressed. It's almost like the best food truck tacos, only on a massive scale. Their free salsa bar has a wide variety of styles to suit all tastes. They also have fresh made horchata! I think the fact that they stick to a simple menu that focuses on thier specialty... and sets them apart for it! Chips are free to take as well. Word to the wise, the Tripitas plate looks great in the menu pic, but beware ...tripe is an acquired taste! Thier massive space make it prime for a large crowd or planned family event. Kid friendly and the service is fast and first rate."
