"It has been awhile since I’ve been to Applebees but throughout the years the quality of food has significantly declined. I was super unsatisfied with the food I received for the price that I paid, I feel like I could have gotten better food for a much cheaper price at a fast food chain restaurant. Additionally, while half of our party got our food, I was left waiting for an additional 20 minutes for mine. The atmosphere wasn’t bad, I liked that it wasn’t too busy and we got seated right away. And we had the best server ever, he was super funny and checked up on us all the time and was super attentive to our needs, shout out to “Just Jon” he was the best employee there!"
"Ordered online via their website and selected a pick in at the location. Meal took about 20 minutes estimated time but I got there q few minutes early and found that it was just being finished up. I tried the Chicken bowl and was surprised with the flavor. This is a great option if you are looking for something light. I would highly recommend!."
"Vusited here on Aug 12 for a quick drink and some appetizers. We got there maybe an hour before they closed, and since we walked in, this gentleman at the door approached us and literally just stared at us and didn't make us feel welcome. (Adam, Alan, Adan, not sure). We requested a bar table, and he let us sit ourselves. Being a regular for at least 4 years at a different location, this location lacked that "toned down bar atmosphere" we used to love... lights used to be dimmer towards the end of the night, the music was great on the tvs, and the bartenders were fun and would engage a lot with customers. It's understandable that towards the end of the night on a busy day, it's also not really tidy, but the wooden table was so sticky that it became uncomfortable and there was a lot of little papers and some trash in the floors and our table had major wobbling motion problems. For our appetizers, we had two orders of the wonton tacos and loaded pub waffle fries. The Fries were good, but we had one order of the wonton tacos, and my husband's tacos took so long that mine got soggy while we waited. It had clearly been a problem in the kitchen since our server was on top of it and rectified she submitted two orders and not just one. Lastly, perfect margaritas weren't so perfect anymore. I was disappointed for sure."
"I forget until I am actually sat in this establishment why I don't frequent it. The waitress took 15 minutes to address the table and another 20 before we received our drinks. The appetizer was good, double crunch wings. The entrees were nachos, 1/2 rack baby backs with house salad and third entree steak, shrimp mashed potatoes and broccoli. The ribs were served cold, very disappointing. The steak was well cooked the shrimp over cooked. The nachos were good."
