"The manager had stated that he keeps the dining area very cold. So nobody wants to stay and they don't have to clean up. I thought that was crazy It made sense why my fries are always cold. It really sucks because they have really good hamburgers. But with only two employees, no wonder why the fries are always cold orders are always wrong. Don't waste your time people if you're on a lunch break."

"We asked for onion rings as an appetizer. Never got them We got our hamburgers and fries 5 minutes apart. Hamburgers first, then fries, never ask for refills. As our cups were empty,(before we e en got our food), never asked if we needed anything else until I asked her check. Repeatedly asked for to go boxes. Please,on your service. Great food though. V/R"

"My order was wrong and the manager Julian remade my order and was so incredibly nice to me! I was having a rough day and he honestly made my day so much better with his act of kindness by giving me a free strawberry swirl cheesecake with the biggest smile on his face! Honestly the best customer service I've received! Thank you Julian!"

"Id give this 0 stars if i could, this locations wait times are insane, i would understand if it was every once in a while, but this is every time I've been to this location. fast food should not take 45 minutes to get my order from the drive through almost every single time, today i waited for about 20 minutes just for someone to even say, “we will be right with you.” But nope, nothing. So i decided to go spend my money elsewhere, so if you think about it eating at this location, order now and you might get your food the next day. Do better.."
