"I went in 1hr & a half before they closed, was greeting by a very unwilling hostess she only said hello without asking if I needed a table or to pick up an order. After I told her it was for me and my son, the waitress came over to see that she had another table and made the ugliest face about us dining in in her section. I told the hostess I wasn’t going to put up with that behavior which she replied “no, we closed til 12” told her I know but your attitude and hers is very unwelcoming and they look annoyed that customers keep walking in. I hope the owner of the franchise is aware that these young ladies are making the customers feel unwelcome and some might be walking out as well."

"Worst service and food i ever had. Food luke warm. Had to ask them three times to wipe down the table. They sat us on a dirty table. Service slow and not really friendly. Food took forever to come out. We had unlimited wings, ribs, shrimps. Drink refills took a long time..and they got the kids order wrong...wont return to this place! Looks like bunch of teenagers running this place and no one cares about the guests.."

"Our server, Mark, was great. Food was terrible. Perhaps if the "cook" Ernie focused more on making palatable, presentable food instead of who is in the restaurant waiting for their check he might accidentally make something edible. Manager Robert would do well to turn down the arrogance when presented with misrepresented and inedible food. Upon reflection, we should have realized that there might be a reason the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. If this is the best they have to offer..."

"Ricardo C did an Amazingly Awesome Job attending to Our Party for My Grandmother’s 86 Birthday that we decided to celebrate a day before her actual birthday. He made it very memorable!! Thank You Ricardo for going Above and Beyond today in ensuring we had our drinks and our table’s AYCE Wings filled and was ready to bring out to serve Our Grandmother’s Lemon Meringue Pie that we had decided to cut and eat at home instead. Thank You Again! Mine and My Grandma’s Salmon was Delicious’. Everyone else had Wings and Chicken Tenders."
