"Be cautious when ordering at this restaurant, as they may round up your change for donation even after you decline. Despite declining the offer, they proceeded to do so against our wishes. Additionally, our receipt bore the name 'Brittany D.' as the server."

"My rating and review is soley based on the server. I went through the drive through. After I placed my order, they ask if you would like to round up your change for donation. I declined. She gave me my total then I drive up, I get to the window, she gave me the same total as she did initially before I gave her my card. Charges me and gives me back my card, I noticed after the fact she charged me with the donation, a new total. I am furious! It was only less than a dollar but it's the principle that counts. I told her no, gives me the total without mentioning the donation to find out she rounded up my change anyways. Name on the receipt said Brittany D. How dare you steal and lie from me Brittany!!! Shame on panda express for allowing their employees to override their customers and do such a thing!!! Panda Express on MLK."

"Got the beef and broccoli and they only gave me broccoli haha. I went back and they added meat. The food isn’t bad just don’t be so stingy with the meat"

"Today at around 12:56pm I went to this location to order my food and waited behind a white truck for over 10 minutes. I got frustrated and decided to go inside the Panda Express just to find out they gave my order to someone else. They took 3 minutes trying to find my order but I saw them give my bag of food to the guy in the white truck already. Not to mention by the time I walked inside the guy with the white truck was still at the window. Doing what? I have no clue. They wasted my time and gas horrible experience. I have sent corporate a complaint about this location. I forgot to mention also they gave me hard rice (look at the picture) disgusting. 99% broccoli and no beef wth. Get it together it's fast food not a 5 star restaurant. Gave this same location another try (Oct 3, 2023 @11:05) and found a hair. Please wear hair nets at all times it's not rocket science. Such a disappointment once again."
