I love this place,, every time we come from Arizona, we always stop by. Highly recommend and the food is amazing. Love the customer service and food drinks ready in a timely manner."

"My initial review of 5 had to be changed. We've been coming here for over 8 years. Service and food have always been pretty decent. However, in the last couple of years, we've seen it go from bad, worse, to embarrassing. How do you allow your patrons to sit at dirty tables full of bones and when we ask to clean the table they have the audacity to roll their eyes and wipe it half-way and leave the table wet? Our app had no seasoning and our entrees had either burnt or wilted items. The uptown salads cheese chip was so hard it nearly broke my tooth. I alerted the server who brought me back 2 more equally inedible piece of cheese. I made eye contact with the manager at least 5 times during our visit. He was too busy holding his posture up against the wall, or doing his best to keep up with chisme with the girls at the beverage station to bother to check on literally anyone in this restaurant. We finally have had enough at this point and ask for the check only to see that our check was charged wrong. We asked for the manager. I thought maybe when someone brought issues up he'd take accountability, ownership or anything other than a blank stare. He had no answers no apology or anything that would make us feel as he actually cared or was in a position that showed he would handle upset patrons. Nope. He could not care less. I wish I had his job. This guy was a joke and his lack of any sort of managerial experience was obvious. This place is so close to so many people but I can see why no one comes any more. I hope someone at the level of change can actually do something. This place is sinking and it's not cute."

"Food always come out great. Sleeze balls good. Chicken strips with spicy cilantro goood. Service garbage! You can be there waiting and no one acknowledges you. Even when you stand/sit next to the “manager” and/or “supervisors” they don’t acknowledge you or say anything to the servers…just on their phones…"

"The Garlic Parm wings are the way to go, the rib eye sandwich was good but the fries need more substance anything with steak needs steak fries. But over all stick a fork in me I'm done. Wing Daddy knows Wings."

"Parking is good on this visit but not generally - especially on a Saturday night. Place was actually quite dead, surprisingly. That is until we had to sit ourselves. Servers were very unattentive. Our server was very rude. Not typical, had a good experiences in the past. But overall, a very bad experience. I likely won't return. This is a shame - be better."
