Buffalo Wild Wings

"Ordered for pickup was told order would be ready for pickup at 4:30 got to restaurant at 4:35 and nobody acknowledged me!! Waited for employee to come to front and I had to go and ask someone for help. My order was not ready they said it would be ready in 10 minutes so I waited 15 min. Then asked if order was ready and was told it was going to be another 20 minutes!! Went back and order was not ready! Had to wait 50 minutes and to top it off they got my order all wrong!! Next time I’ll order from another place!! The people the front need be trained better to have better customer service!"

"My family and I come to Buffalo Wild Wings Wings often and usually have a very pleasant experience with great food. However, that was not the case today. Our food was brought out at significantly different times and although my wife’s food had a ticket time of 2:10 and a complete time of 2:32 but it was not brought to us until after my son had completed his meal and I was 3/4 done and not till after we had to ask for it. Her chicken was cold and her fries were hard. In addition, mine and my friends drinks remained empty while we ate and our vegetables that were requested were never brought to us. This is not the norm for us but when my wife said “they let me down” I decided to post to create visibility for the management team. BWW’s, you can do better!"

"I have never been disappointed here. Had a burger, and the meat was overcooked and had no taste. The bacon was good. Perhaps they have a new cook who need remedial training in burger cooking."

"Good service, food, and nice environment. My wings weren't super hot, but my fries were. I went on a fight night, which isn't an excuse for bringing out food on the colder side, but understandable. I was thankful I was able to get a table on such a busy evening. I will be back for another visit for a proper review, I still enjoyed my food, I am a BWW fan."
