"Ordered sirloin plate it had a lot of fat. Been eating at to Tacotote for more than 20!yrs never had the meat had so much fat. Almost every piece of meat had fat attached. And the charro beans were to watery hardly any Beans … if I could give 0 stars I would"

"Dirty restrooms, poor customer service, rotten beans. I complained about my charro beans, which were spoiled,to the manager in which he offered another item such as refried beans or rice. I explained again the beans were spoiled and he did not care. He also had the cashier talk to me although I requested to speak to him. At the same time, a different customer complained of rotten squash and cheese, which he got a side of tortillas instead. I requested something different such as dessert or a refund but he said it had to be food. I guess desserts here are not a type of food. Be careful with this place to avoid food poisoning. Will not return ever. Should of looked up other reviews before coming here."

"This food establishment has always been (in my opinion)a top notch operation. The food quality does not disappoint, the prices are still within reach, parking is always available and of good condition."

"Placed my order online for delivery because I do not have a car. My order was completely wrong and incomplete. Whoever was the expeditor on my order should be fired for failing at their job. You work for a paycheck and fail to follow through. So disappointed in your service and charging me 36.00 for my incomplete order. You rob people who order and you completely do not care. I will have my bank investigate you and your practices. I will never order from you again!!!"

"I am not one to go out to eat but I wanted to have a farewell meal with my mom only to not do so. We never received our food. We literally just came here to sit on their booth for almost an hour. We left without any food and out of money as well (refund 5-7 days). There was no apology or accountability; just some dismissive remarks (cashier)"well order 46 is not here" and (manager) " I sent order 46 a while ago" it sounded as if they were insinuating that we wanted extra free food. We were patient but almost an hour seemed a little too long for fast food. Initially when approached with the situation, I wanted my order to go because I wasn't sure if it was just forgotten on the counter then we changed our mind to want to cancel the order instead. When asked if that was it, if they were just going to send us on our way (no apology, no estimated time, no reason for the delay) they acted like it was our fault that we didn't get our order "we were going to give you your order but you wanted your money back" well duh we are not waiting another hour for 2 tacos a side and nachos. Never coming back. This is a reminder of why I rather cook my food which is what I ended up doing after leaving."
