"It's ok, it was clean, restroom was clean too, i ordered the big cheesy bacon burger, the flavor was good BUT, the Angus beef patty was kind of dry, other than that it was good, i liked the flavor."

"Waa good to finally get Arby's back! The food was so good. Service was a little slow due to employees being on their phones but food didn't take long once I ordered. Other than the prices being a little high, will definitely go back."

"Waited between 15 and 20 minutes at drive thru window for our order. The girl explained they ran out of roast beef but they had more that was almost ready. Once we got our order the 2 medium crinkle fries were half mixed with old over cooked curly fries. Also jalapeño poppers were cold and mushy, 2 of the 3 sandwiches were cold and to top it off they did not include the 2 extra sides of cheese sauce we paid for. Called them but of course no one answers the phone. Wow..get it together Arby's!! Latest visit was given two classic Beef N Cheddar instead of the 2 doubles. Girl at drive thru window (Elissa) insisted they were doubles. I asked for the manager who agreed they were classics. Dear Elissa, learn how to do your job and get a better attitude. I have been ordering Double Beef N Cheddars since you were in diapers and I now what they look like. Also they can never fill the little black plastic cheese cup full. You pay $1 for it and it has a teaspoons worth in it if you are lucky."

"I was really excited to come to Arby's as I haven't had Arby's in a long time. I was pretty disappointed when I got there. I went to dine in with my family and the place is very limited with the seating. The atmosphere didn't really feel very welcoming either even though there was good music. The food wasn't great either. The bread from the beef cheddar sandwich was very soggy and my fries were cold and overcooked and mostly bits and pieces. I don't think I'll be coming here again."
