"So I’d love to say that the food or atmosphere was good but we were rudely and I mean Extremely rudely told by a “manager” did you check in at the front? I said We are only sitting at the bar. She said “I dont Care, you need to tell the hostess you don’t just seat yourself” we spend so much time and money at crave supporting, advertising, sharing specials you all are running. The other bartenders and servers are excellent to us and treat us like family in return we support crave and take care of our servers. This manager looked like she was having a nervous breakdown, and like she purposely chose to humiliate us in front of a restaurant full of customer EXCEPT the bar, the bar top was EMPTY with one couple and child waiting obviously not for the bar. I called before to ask for the wait at the bar and there was NONE. This is not the first time she is incredibly rude to us. I’m not sure if it’s personal, but it’s extremely unprofessional. There is no excuse for being so rude to regular customers at all. Disappointing."
"When we first got to El Paso three years ago, we loved Crave Kitchen; we would go there very often. But lately it seems as if quality in food and service is decreasing. Our last few visits have been hit or miss. We went there last week and order burgers; they were dry and overcooked. Fries were good and service was okay. I hope they get it together and go back to how they were a couple of years ago."
"Weekend favorite!! What can I say! When you go out you are searching for an experience! Hopefully an amazing one! Well consistency is the name of the game! And this place has it! Lazy weekend not wanting to do much but expecting awesome food! This is it! We’ve been craving their Carnitas nachos lately and they’re amazing! They improved their cheese sauce ( have no idea what they did ; but tastes delicious!) plus the carnitas and avocado on top! Yummy! Thanks Crave for keeping up the quality and flavor! On a side note they have some new items added to the menu. Will try some next time!"
"I have been eating at Crave for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. But we just ate at the Resler location and I am sad to say the experience was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I do not typically write reviews but after this meal I felt compelled to and in looking at past reviews this does not seem to be an isolated experience. We arrived and it took 15 minutes for someone to even greet us and bring waters. We then put in an order and waited. Our table was by the kitchen so we could see the orders as they came out. Our server would go to the window periodically, look at the plates sitting there ready to be delivered to tables, but then walk away leaving the food to sit out and get cold for extended periods of time. It had been almost an hour and I’d seen our orders sitting there ready to be delivered for at least 20 minutes. I asked a server if they were ours and he then picked them up and brought them over. Every dish was cold, hard, and tasteless. I orders the ancient grain bowl and it was inedible. It had been sitting out for at least 45 minutes clearly forgotten about because they had to look for it when they brought everything else out. The only thing in the bowl was old and wilted spinach, and a dob of avocado- a dish that did not even resemble the description on the menu. The pancakes for the table were freezing cold, stale and inedible. The cheese on one of the breakfast orders was condensed together and hard because it was melted and then subsequently sat out waiting to be delivered for almost half an hour. The whole experience was frustrating not only because of the horrible food but primarily due to the service. The staff repeatedly went up to the kitchen window, looked at the plates, then walked away and ignored the food only to return 30 minutes later to deliver those same now cold and stale dishes to the tables. Watching the servers in this restaurant felt like we were part of a hidden camera TV show. It was infuriating and many other customers were also expressing the same concerns. As someone who worked for years as a server in a busy restaurant, I have a lot of patience and understanding for how difficult this job can be. But what we experienced at the Resler Crave was so far beyond that and based on other reviews it seems like this is a problem others have experienced and that management refuses to address. I will never be returning to eat here or at any other Crave location"
"I had the Rib Eye and eggs. I ordered steak sauce and ketchup . . 75 cents for steak sauce. They have an amazing new drink menu that was pretty good. Over all pretty good."
