"Employees need to respect the customer's order when they are asked if the food can be freshly made out of the broiler. I asked this several times and they say they are but I can tell when the meat is microwaved and simply cause I used to work at Burger King in the late 90s. I always end up getting the meat and bread that has been sitting in the steamer."

"I ordered my Whopper my way. After waiting longer than normal, I received my order; Only to find out, it was incorrect. They remade it and the problem was corrected. HIGH PANHANDLING AREA! Because the dining area inside was full, I chose to eat outside. MY MISTAKE."

"I just wanted to make it clear that I would give it half a star but seeing as it's impossible to give it that they will get only one star. The food is good. But it's the rude behavior of it's employees that make it a bad review. A cashier is supposed to take the customers order but instead she just walked off and decided to go talk to a co worker instead of doing her job. And we were ready to order. It took a long while for someone to take our order. Got up to the front to ask for a to go bag and then a cup holder and was ignored every time. They had our drinks in the front and didn't say anything so we didn't know it was ours and it got water down. They even had a sign that said they refuse to service to anyone. It's the rude and bad behavior is more like it. I don't recommend going to eat at this place."
