"I ordered a pizza for delivery. Bit into a pizza and there was a long blonde/gray hair in it. I called the delivery line and they were kind and rectified the issue however they thought it would be a good idea to call the store directly so they could be made aware. I called and the guy doesn't apologize but proceeds to say nobody with that color hair is here . I said maybe it was earlier in the day or something but it was it was on my pizza. Still no apology just yeah yeah. We order here often. I didn't want anything for free or the pizza to be remade as I'm so grossed out. We will never be back because of the lack of empathy."

"Excellent customer service. Restaurant is like a Subway or Chipotle: they put the pizza toppings right in front of you. Bluestem Park is right behind the restaurant. Kids can go play at the park's playground."

I've never been there before so I didn't really know a lot about it but the employees explained everything and walked me right through it on picking the toppings and the crust etc........ they were super helpful. The atmosphere was great. The price was unbeatable. I got pieces to take back to the hotel and when I got there I was amazed they were delicious. I would 100% recommend this place."

"Let me start off with, I have loved every Mod Pizza location I have previously visited. I went to the Fort Worth Alliance location recently, and for the 1st time, had a negative experience. We were behind a family who ordered, and the two workers helping them did not know how to make the pizzas the family had ordered. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but when me and my wife went to order, my wife ordered a pizza listed off their menu, and sure enough, the worker did not know how to make it and started off with the incorrect ingredients. My wife had to advise what went on the pizza. Before I could order my pizza, the worker had already placed garlic sauce on the dough, but I had not stated what sauce I wanted. When I stated I wanted another kind of sauce, the worker just placed that sauce on top of the garlic sauce I did not order. During our order, a worker was still making a salad for the family in front of us, and came to the people behind us and asked "Excuse me, can you tell me what comes on a Caesar salad?" That, was kind of scary. Back to our pizzas, mine was slightly burned on the bottom, and due to the garlic sauce below the sauce I had ordered, when I wen to eat my pizza, the toppings just slid off. The wife said her pizza was undercooked. Our garlic cheese bread that we also ordered was pure garlic in the center. It was just a bad experience. I understand the workers were new employees perhaps, but there should have been an experience worker helping them."
