Tuscany’s Italian Restaurant 332 East Highway 199, Springtown, TX 76082

"Tuscany's is located in what looks to be an old Dairy Queen restaurant that has been renovated. Inside was nice and clean with Italian music playing that was not obtrusive. Our server was very nice, and we were never in need of anything during our meal. We ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Picatta. The food came out very hot and fresh. The Fettuccine was some of the best we've had in the area. The Chicken Picatta was just OK. It was very salty and a little too much lemon - too tart for my taste. The rolls were a little dry but were good once dipped in the alfredo sauce. Overall, we had a nice meal, and if we are in the area in the future, we will consider dining here again."

"Siciliano chicken tasted bad like old lemons and vinegar. Pizza was ok, lil greasy ontop, dry with almost no tomato sauce. Side salad that they charge extra for was tiny-only covered half is the bottom of small container, but maybe they ran out of lettuce. Service at drive through was great! Will not return."

"The owners and staff here are wonderful! We went in on a very busy time and you could tell staff was short. Sure, we waited a little bit longer than usual for our food; however, everyone pitched in to keep the kitchen rolling. The cook/owner personally came out and served our table. I have no double this put a lot of stress on everyone but they handled it with grace. The owners are very professional, humble and EXCELLENT cooks. They even have a online order and pick up drive through. I HIGHLY recommend them. We are looking forward to our next visit."

"Love, love, love it! We started with the garlic cheese bread. It was awesome! I could order only that and be perfectly happy. The hubby (who doesn’t care for Italian food) ordered the lasagna and loved it! I ordered the chicken Parm and somehow managed to eat it all after eating a ton of bread and a salad! It was too good not to finish! We were very pleased with everything and the hubby was very happy that his tea was never empty! We’ll definitely be going back!"

"Review is for thier pizza. Overall the pizza was average. It seemed like it was rushed through the oven. The crust at the bottom was not crispy at all for being thinner than regular and the toppings didn't have your normal char. I've ate here numerous times other than pizza. I'll continue to eat here, but the pizza was a disappointment."
