"I order since 4pm They took over an hour to make 2 clubs. Its 5pm right know and still not ready. I order by the app at 4:09. It did said 4:25 pick up order. Its 5pm and still not ready. This location is really bad in customer service and timing for a fast restaurant."

"The cutting board looks filthy. The sandwiches were not made correctly. Wrong ingredients on the meat side. And the register locked up. Sorry service."

"Every time o order through the drive thru all of my sandwiches are wrong. They have toppings I didn’t ask for or the sandwich toppings got shuffled and put on whatever sandwich they don’t belong on. Like I get it that the speaker is by a loud road but there are solutions if you can’t hear or keep anything straight. ASK QUESTIONS! Or ask the driver to come order at the window. It’s literally 100% error through the drive thru in my experience and I’m sick of it."

"We normally order from this location most of the time but this time was ridiculous. I ordered 3 ft long subs through the drive-thru. I ordered a tuna, a steak & cheese and a meatball sub. The only sub I ordered that should be cold is the tuna sub. My steak and cheese was ice cold, had to take out all the veggies to heat it up at home and it wasn't the same. The meatball sub is always so well put together and this time it was a huge mess. She put so much marinara sauce that it was falling out all over the place. This Subway is the closest to my house and it's the only one we order from, please train the staff better. This is obviously a management issue."

"This was the WORST subway I have ever been to! We waited in the drive through while they took our order for about 15 minutes then waited and additional 20 minutes at the window waiting to pay and receive our food. One of our sandwiches was supposed to have guacamole, which he asked us MULTIPLE times to confirm that we wanted it and were willing to pay for the extra charge, yet we did not receive the guacamole even after paying the extra charge!! Another sandwich was a veggie delight without olives and cucumbers, yet it was LOADED with olives. They even confirmed our order multiple times, and still messed it up. The veggies were OLD! They were just absolutely disgusting and mushy and sour. The manager needs to do something to this location especially with all of the terrible review it receives. Never going back again!"
