"Shad was the goat he make that pizza slap with flavor, and Sophia was a little shy but opened up in the end which is good cause they build personality here. Anthony is good manager quality always respectful and makes sure that everything is up to the high standards they have."

"This place is like an oasis. There aren't many good options around, many of the fast food places are gross, but then you get to this place and it's actually pretty good! I decided to be adventurous and have the Spicy Hula Girl, and it didn't disappoint. I guess that means the spicy hula girl = oasis?"

"I enjoyed 1860 Pizza Company. Our food was fresh and tasted good, but I really found their menu lacking. I wish they had more options as far as the menu goes. They do a good job making their pizza, but not everyone has the same tastes. The difference between a good restaurant and a great restaurant is one who caters to a wider variety of people (EX: Meat Lovers, Vegetarian, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Multiple cheeses, Mediterranean, etc) as well as traditional offerings that most pizza restaurants have. I understand that there are many things to consider (ingredients, etc) but I don't think it would be cost ineffective to offer more choices."

"Salad bar was well-stocked and the dressings were probably my favorite, even more so than the pizza. Pizza was good, albeit a tad salty. The cheese was ooey-gooey and stringy, as pizza cheese should be. The buff chicken was good; blue cheese belongs on everything in my opinion. I would love to see a BBQ chicken pizza on their menu. Service was great, the servers were attentive and super nice! Although it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, I had to give this a 5-star review since it is the best I’ve had in Texas."

"We came in for the first time tonight and it was great food, great service! We will be back! The young man that took our order shared it was his first night, he did great checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The Manager/Owner was also very attentive! They even had live music!!! Great place for a date night!!!"
