KFC 7902 S. University, Lubbock, TX 79423

"I ordered and paid for 3 piece mix . Original and crispy. I had to wait, which is fine. The food was very greasy. I think the biscuit was two weeks old, and the fresh french fries I was waiting for have seen better days. And to top off, I received two pieces of not three."

"Pulled in to the drive through for a simple, single, new smash bowl. As I start talking she does a long rant talking fast and at the end says it’s going to be 25 30 minute wait on everything. I asked even just a smash bowl with no nuggets which from the looks of it is just fries and mashed potatoes. Of course she just kept replying everything is going to be a 30 minute wait. Mind you it’s 3pm and we’re the only ones here. Parking lot empty. I said that’s fine I’ll wait. She asked me four times are you sure, because it’s going to be a 30 minute wait."

"I wouldn't have given this place one star, but you have to in order to leave a review. This was the worse food that I've ever received! Although, the workers seemed friendly & polite. However, the food was very disappointing! I ordered a 3 piece meal and a 12 piece nugget meal. Upon taking the 3 piece out of the box, I had to grab a plate because the chicken was so greasy that it had soaked through the bottom of the box! My husband proceeded to at lease attempt to eat and the very greasy chicken tasted old! It was a disgrace what was passed off as a 12 piece nugget meal! When I opened the box it appeared that 2 of the nuggets had been eaten off of and the rest of the nuggets were dried out crumbs! I do not recommend this KFC! It was a was of time, money and the gas driving to it. We had to find something else for supper!"

"We went inside to look at menu and the only employee seemed rather rushed and annoyed that there was someone he had to wait on. We ordered and I watched him dig our food out of the warming drawers and saw him scraping to get the last French fries out of the bin .I asked him how fresh they were since they didn't look fresh but he said he had made them recently. When we got home my large french fry looked like a small because he didn't fill it up which is annoying since I paid for a large. And if you don't have enough fries we would have gladly waited for fresh food. The food was really not good I'm guessing since it was sitting. This isn't the first time we have give inside this location but it will be the last. It is not clean. The floors are so sticky it's gross and there are flies all over inside. We will stick with the slide road KFC."

"RAW CHICKEN. Staff is horribly rude and they never have anything. Today we decided to try one more time and recieved raw chicken. We can ignore the lack of sauces and biscuits. But this is too much. I have no idea how this horribly ran place is still open. In the past they have somehow been completely out of chicken and rude over the speaker. I would have preferred no chicken over raw chicken. Pathetic."
