"The first time I came in, they were out of chips, and now they are put of beans. When I asked if they would sub then for ground beef or anything, they claimed they couldn't due to inventory reason. Both took place around lunch time. This is not to mention they failed to put jalapeño sauce on both quesadillas"

"While I absolutely love Taco Bell, this store needs a major overhaul. From the staff to the physical store. The temperature in the restaurant is either too cold 90%of the year or way too hot. Half the time when you place your order, if they are out of something and you pay extra for it, they offer no substitute or refund. If a mistake is made on their end, the staff will all but accuse you of not ordering it wrong and then have an attitude when they have to remake it. But, because it's the only Taco Bell close to me, I will continue to go and put up with bad service."

"Dirty tables. No napkins. They forgot our drinks. The Mexican pizza could be medically diagnosed with depression. The beans were freezing cold on the bean burrito. The cheese roll up was hard and the tortilla was expired. Ordered a doritos taco, but they gave a regular one. No special instructions or requests were followed. The Baja blast tasted like straight syrup. The lights were flickering, im pretty sure it's haunted. The employees were joking around in the back and paid no attention when we went to the front to ask where our drinks were, we waited about 5 minutes before someone came, only to give us the wrong size cups. Long story short, just no. Don't bother."

"By far the worse Taco Bell I've ever eaten at. All tacos were cold. The nacho fries were inedible, I don't even want to think about how long they say out. I will absolutely never return to this location and the owner should be ashamed with how bad this restaurant is. I don't have super high expectations with fast food, but this place is just straight up disgusting. Spend a little more money and go to a real restaurant."

"Everything was great at Taco Bell food wise and service wise. But the place did have a very foul odor and so did the bathrooms. Not sure what that was but it was unpleasant. The floor was extra sticky in the dining room and the bathroom. There are a few tables that were dirty. I feel like it could have just been cleaner."
