"Amazing food. Terrible customer service. I waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes with nobody in front of me. If I didn’t pay already I would have left. I will never come to this location again. Retrain your employees"

"Couldn't tell you anything see people I side I guess only the drive thru is open , this is the 4th time I've came for lunch, same thing only drive thru , don't waste your time here for lunch, they need go ahead and shut it down already if this is the case .this will be the last I come here"

"Food was cold and our order was messed up. The cashier seemed preoccupied for some reason. There was an elderly couple there. The cashier called their number and they waited at least 3 minutes to recall the number and I went to them and told them they should not have waited that long they should have taken the tray to them they did not hear them call their number. The young man behind the counter was very rude and found it amusing that I said something to him about their food getting cold. I apologized to the elderly couple and they appreciated my words. This LJS needs to teach their employees more customer service skills and how to lend a hand. My family will not return to this location. It was dirty we were there about 40 minutes and there were several dirty tables that never got cleaned off. The tarter sauce pump did not work and when I asked for packets and told her the pump wasn't working the worker had an attitude about it. This used to be our Sunday place to go out to eat now it will not be"

"I ordered 2 meals to be delivered by doordash and when we got the orders we received half of our food. 4 shrimp were missing barely any fries, no Cole slaw and much more was wrong."

"First and foremost, the employees are awesome and very friendly. Anything other than that however is blah. The building is falling apart, the bathrooms are beyond the ability to clean, and the atmosphere gives off homeless vibes. The food, stove hot as all get out is nothing but nostalgic. They were out of salmon and rice. Overall, it had been years since we ate Long John's Silvers and it is going to be another decade until we eat it again."
