"I went for a banana split and 3 blizzards at the drive thru . We waited at the window for about 20 minutes. The employees kept passing by with the orders and placed them on the side. When the girl finally remembered we were waiting she was giving us the wrong order. My order has been ready for a while and the ice cream had already melted. We still took the order because we were tired of waiting. The banana split only had a little bit of chocolate syrup. Very bad service"
"I ordered the brookie it's supposed to have brownie bits and oreos. All I got was a big cup of ice cream and oreos. Didn't notice it until I was at home in my driveway still ate but was disappointed"
"The food and ice cream is good. I gave it 4 stars, because the speaker at the drive-thru is too low to speak in. The employee at the window has a hard time hearing orders because of other vehicles behind you and the traffic. Even if you turn off your vehicle to order, it is still does not help much. Could you please try to update the speaker? Thanks"
