"I went to dine in around 8:30pm and Tony was extremely rude. I patiently waited to get my order taken. He stated they were “closing” but Hibachi express doesn’t close til 10pm. I gave him my order and he said “what do you mean ?” I said “I’d like “teriyaki chicken and rice” and he kept acting like he didn’t know what I wanted. He said “well then say that, read the menu! It’s right there” and then asked “are you dining in or not?” I told him it was unnecessary to be rude. I’ve never had anyone be extremely rude like that there. if he hates his job then he needs to not work there. I’d give 0 stars if I could."

"The hibachi steak was tender and juicy and the California roll with cream cheese was delicious I definitely will come back and make this my go to for hibachi to go or to dine in!!"

"I hate to have to write a review, but others should know how this business has changed. I previously enjoyed Hibachi Express and highly recommended it for the onion soup and chicken hibachi bowl, but after my last visit. I won't be going back. It's been two days since I got their food and I'm still sick. When I got home, I found a long black hair on my food. I was so hungry that I picked it off and ate some. Now I just have regret. The lady we ordered from was okay but seemed to dislike me when I didn't order multiple $10 plates for the child I picked up after school. Sad to see their food quality go down. They weren't busy, so they may leave their food out too long."

"Food was ok, needed some flavoring, was bland. Portion size almost to small, if I woulda been starving I woulda need more! When I walked in to pick it up the order it smelled as though the sewer line was backed up and noticed that no one was dining in… makes sense… the order process, price, and overall experience was “ok” but to be honest I expected more… I’ll give it another try but it’s gonna have to WOW me for it to become a regular eatery."
