Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Went to Popeyes on Milwaukee tonight and we went through the drive through and we ended up missing all of our sides. We decided to go back and this time we went inside. Upon walking in, we were greeted with one of the employees children telling people “we’re closed. No more chicken. You can’t get your biscuits lady.” Very unprofessional in my opinion. It took some time to even be greeted when we walked up to the counter and after working in an industry that deals with people everyday, that should be the #1 priority. We then asked the girl at the counter if we could get our missing food. She questioned it several times before giving it to us. I’m sorry but I have much better things to do than try and get a free side out of someone. I think there needs to be some order fulfillment training and very serious costumer services training."

"Went through the drive thru today for lunch and the service was great. All I gotta say is that they are getting stingy with the portions. I got a three piece chicken tender meal and the little buttermilk biscuit was bigger than each tender. If they are going to go with smaller portions, they need to lower their prices on the menu."

"It was my first time to eat at a Popeye's. My daughter-in-law recommended the spicy chicken sandwich. And I tried a frozen lemonade with mango (350+ calories). Yummy! The gal at the counter was very friendly. I ate in my car by choice."

"They forgot one of our sandwiches and were very nice about it, but upon getting home, opening our 1/4 pound shrimp combo, we were given less than half of what we should have. After weighing the shrimp, we were given 1/10 of a pound of shrimp and it was all burnt. Very disappointed."
