"Went there to get installed a compustar remote start that I ordered for my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado and Joseph the guy working at the Geek Squad department installed a bad module used module that was previously installed on another vehicle. He didn't install the new kit I brought to get installed. Ever since he installed the bad module I have been having nothing but proble.s starting my truck. They did unethical practice here by doing this. He was very good at charging me $300 dollars on a bad module knowing that that module was bad. Be careful with these people they don't do things right and they could leave your vehicle worse and they will just want to make money out of you and not fix the problem ."

"This is a joke that I even had to give 1 star!! Went into store bought 75inch TV Sunday which we had to find salesperson. Was told it would be delivered by Tuesday it is now Wednesday and no TV called 5 times on hold for 45mins each time and no one could tell me where TV was after 5th time rhay said we can schedule for Friday!!! My only criticism would be that they had a lot of staff, and they moved around so much that I was not acknowledged. So once I stopped an employee, they assisted me. Other than that, Best Buy is great."
