"For the holy heck someone get into Taco Bell And kfc and fix this restaurant. Every single time I go there is always a problem long lines to wait in. Long time waiting on food. Either kfc is shut down early or Taco Bell is out of items. Employees are rude as hell and act like taking your order and serving the food that your a nuisance and how dare you come to get food. Not to mention the drive through is a nightmare the sign is usually beat up or the menu slides are missing and the order box is messed up to where you can’t hear any one. Plainly it needs a remodel and all new staff and I mean all new even managers."

"The lady’s that work the day shift try to act like there drive thru times are really fast so they don’t even let you finish your sentence then they send you to wait in the parking lot with 20 other cars for half hour then they slowly bring out your food. If you are a manager don’t think there drive thru times are actually fast. Don’t go here if your in a hurry cause you will wait a long time to get your food and they are rude"

"I ordered a burrito supreme, crunch wrap, Cinnabon bites, nachos, and Baja blast. Firstly the Baja blast just had the color but tasted like just fizzy water. The food took over 30 minutes and was burnt as pictured. Either they didn’t put the tostada in the Crunchwrap or it had sat so long it had turned to mush. The crunch wrap and burrito were inedible, it all tasted like burnt mushy beans. The best part of the meal with the chips and nacho cheese. Will never be wasting my money here again."

"Absolutely awful. The ONLY reason this isn't a one star review is because the staff was at least friendly. We really try to be understanding. We've worked food service and know it's hard. I'm not sure what happened here but we waited an hour between when we paid and when we actually got our food and when we got into it, the food was wrong. We ordered the grilled cheese nacho fries which was supposed to be like the grilled cheese burrito. What we got was fries that didn't taste like they'd every been cooked long enough to be crispy that were literally disintegrating under a huge amount of nacho cheese sauce (NOT the grilled cheese blend) and with a little bit of steak sprinkled on top of the smothered soggy fries. The poor employees had to go to the cars parked on the side and just go car to car to see whose order they were bringing out. That was extremely disorganized. One employee showed up and seemed to be fixing the mess that was going on inside but it was so disorganized that that was hard to do. There wasn't even a long wait as far as the number of cars, it was just crazy long time wise and it shouldn't have even taken thirty minutes to get our food. Like I said, I don't know what happened but it was the worst fast food experience we have ever had."

"Very long wait. They had me park in the middle of the parking lot next to someone else. Everyone else driving around me gave me dirty looks. And then I open my box (see picture) to see they'd tossed a bunch of packets I didn't ask for all on top of my food. There weren't much fries either and the burrito was almost all tortilla. Never have I been so disappointed in a Taco Bell, which is saying a lot since... well... it's a Taco Bell. So I guess I paid for a lond wait and free germed up sauce packets to be tossed onto my food. Gee thanks."
