"Nice atmosphere, quick seating. Excellent service from Amanda. Steak and mashed potatoes arrived. Butter on steak did not melt, moved to potatoes and did not melt. Other diners green beans were fried, but also cold. Her patty melt was very good. My Caesar salad was ok, but not remarkable. Bread was very good. Not much there to bring me back."

"We’ve been in Midland a couple years now. We’ve come to saltgrass probably 4 times now. Each time the food was pretty good. But last night 1/8/23 around 6:30 was wonderful. We had the best service and food was amazing overall. Briana was our server and took such great care of us. I wish I had gotten the managers name because he was amazing as well! He was all over the place helping his servers. It’s really hard these days to find great service like we had last night."

"I had dinner here with some coworkers while traveling in Midland. We were promptly seated and had a very nice and helpful server. Kylie took care of our every need and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good dinner. I had Pat’s 12 oz ribeye with a loaded baked potato and a house salad. It was so good! Cooked to order, quickly, and perfectly. I’m so glad we stopped in!"
