"I ordered online at this Whataburger because my normal one was not taking a mobile orders for some reason. I waited about 5 minutes before leaving my house and then took the 10-minute drive over there to pick up the order. I sat at a dirty table while I waited on my order and it took them an additional 40 minutes to get the order out to me. I didn't order a large amount, I ordered a salad, a burger combination, two breakfast bowls and three drinks. Total time from the time I ordered, 55 minutes. They also didn't get the salad right because I ordered an extra piece of chicken on it and it wasn't included. I wasn't about to go back and have them fix it. I have had a similar experience with them previously when I ordered some food with my brother one time before we left to go to the lake. It took about 25 minutes to get the food in our hands and get us out the door."

"I had a placed an online order for 20 total breakfasts sandwiches and tacos. 15 of these included sausage when I arrived to the restaurant I was told that they did not have sausage and if it was OK to substitute bacon, it would’ve been better if I would’ve received a call and was notified upon placing the order instead of waiting 30 minutes until I got there. Update 2/9/24 Whataburger refused to refund the order which was for $92."

"I think this is the worst location of Whataburger. It was the worst hamburger I have ever eaten. I don't remember having such a bad hamburger in my life. The food was cold. I ordered and filled my drink. The order was ready immediately. They didn't have a chance to cook the meat that came from Alaska. The picture shows that the cheese inside was still as cold as the milk coming out of the cow."

"First, let me state that the young man That took my order. Was incredibly enthusiastic and well-mannered. He's probably the only reason I didn't give this visit a one store for service. It is unfortunate that after he took my order I was made to pull on the side behind two other trucks and had to wait 40 minutes before I would get my food. It was also unfortunate that when I did receive my food, my order was not correct. I had the correct receipt on my bag, but a completely different meal than what I had ordered. Having a second lane so that employees could come out to hand deliver orders is fine if they could do it in a timely manner; however, this location on this night was not able to deliver our orders in a reasonable amount of time if we were waiting at a sit-down restaurant much less a driver thru for fast fast."
