Whataburger

"I asked for the new WhataWings. I had heard good things. I asked for them with Buffalo and a side of jalapeño ranch. I asked for them to be sauced and not on the side with the Buffalo. They came out dry. When I asked if they're supposed to be covered in sauce, the lady tried to argue with me. She then takes them back and puts two small squirts of sauce. After I tossed them you can see how little sauce was actually on them."

"The young lady (at the drive through which is a norm for me) was sweet, new employee. The food was good, it wasn't busy, but took me a minute to get my food. This place is kinda hit & miss. The food is usually good cept for the other day when my lettuce was frozen, but this visit was a good one."

"I get that it’s busy but what I don’t get is how they mess up so much on orders. Ordered a #8 with everything, once I got home I saw it was plain and dry, my husband took a bite and couldn’t even finish it of how extremely salty it was. Therefore we checked our kids justaburgers and same, extremely salty it even hurts your tongue. I called to get the problem resolved and whoever answered didn’t seem to care. Won’t be going there again. $48 spend just to get your whole order messed up."

"An HOUR wait in the drive thru. 15 minutes just waiting at the speaker with no one ahead of me. I get that its busy, but it's not *that* busy. Once I finally got to the window, my order was wrong. Explained the mistake, they "fixed" it, it was wrong. Asked them to fix it, it was wrong AGAIN. How do you get a drink order and a sandwich wrong 3 times?? And then on top of that, he poured half my drink down the side of my cup and my car. Maybe if the high school kid working the window wasn't stoned into next week, this place would work a little more efficiently. Do better."

"The fact that they let cold hard french fries pass and my burger was burnt just pissed me off, ordered online and still waited for my order to be done only to receive a cold meal spoke with tatiana and she said she would make it right but still the point is it should always be done right the first time. it's a 24 hour place no reason at all for cold food. . So disappointing cause i love whataburger but last couple times is just is just trash."
