"Awful service. They didn't fill my order (one cheeseburger) and continually ignored me when I tried to get anyone's attention. I had to walk into their kitchen before anyone would acknowledge me. Don't waste your time eating in. They only care about their drive-thru."
"Very long wait for 1 happy and chicken nuggets. We placed the order on the app and 15 minutes later I was told to wait on a designated waiting area. We waited an additional 20 minutes and for the worker to walk slow and showing no urgency to deliver the food. The worker did not even say "sorry for the long wait" just handed the food and left. Management needs to do a better line on controlling traffic times and manage the place better period. Show better customer service!!"
"I ask for a simple cheeseburger and I was given an extremely hot meat patty with an ice cold slice of cheese that wasn't even melted. Buns were extremely hot as well. Did they think the heat would melt the cold cheese. I don't think so. I pulled that processed cold slab of cheese and threw it away. Yuck"
