"I love Burger King. It's definitely one of my vices. With that said, I also like spicy food so I usually get the Texas Double Whopper with Jalapeno's. The unfortunate side of this is when food chains try to use every single bit of food to turn the most profit. This being reflected by the associated picture. Burger King, stop putting the stringy, tough, and sometimes sharp jalapeno stems on your burgers. This is one of three that were on my burger today. This makes it incredibly unpleasant to eat. Not too hard to simply not put these on the burger."

"We had the best service. The lady at the front counter was super great with my foreign exchange students who hadn't been to a BK and she explained the different items and what came on the items they ordered. Extra amazing 5-star service! And I enjoyed the ghost pepper burger, tasty and fun color!"

"Got lunch here and we got sick to our stomach , after eating 30 min later we were all sick ,we got the whopper meals . Something wasn't good here, I'm sure we were not the only ones . Ruined our day ."

"Extremely dissapointed and wont ever come here again. I came to eat Wednesday Sept. 6 at around 6... to my surprise we werent greeted in fact we stood infront of the menu for about 5 minutes until someone acknowledged us. (Staff was talking among themselves) Once the girl was taking our order before we could finish any item we mentioned she would interrupt with sarcastically asking "anything else" not only that but while waiting for our food we could overhear the staff which consisted of 5 females and 1 male and the females used words such as "guey" "pinchi" in front of kids and were overall just gossiping. When we got our food we asked if they could refill the ketchup dispenser since they were out of the little containers and to my surprise the female staff just threw a bucket of ketchup packets on the counter and said to get some from there. During our visit it was quite disgusting to eat there more than half the tables were dirty that we even had to clean our own table. The floor was dirty and visibly black with lettuce and other stuff on the floor. I was very dissapointed... not sure if its lack of management but this location needs better staff. They lack professionalism, cleanliness, and overall just decent customer service."

"The level of customer service here is very poor. We made eye contact with every employee and they all ignored us. Finally I asked for one of their attention and when they took our order, she barely looked at us. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all!!! Go further down Zaragoza!!"
