"We lost a wheel on our travel trailer on our way home from a trip to the New Mexico mountains. With the help of a passerby, and a loaner chain from Willis, we were able to limp in to their shop. Friday afternoon at about 4:00 These great folks stayed late to complete repairs and get us back on the road. I get a phone call, it was Roberto asking if I was able to find any help yet. I responded no. Next thing I knew the owner Tim Willis was on his way! He repaired my tire in no time with the most kind attitude. This company is a great company!"
"We're on our way to Houston and pulling a trailer. My couldn't leave until we got off of work. Needed a few things done on the trailer tires and we live 30 minutes away. We prayed and pulled in 2 minutes before they closed. The 2 men had no issue helping us. Wonderful service!!"
