"Drive thru was a bit busy & the lobby had no more than 6 guests. Including myself & Co worker. Tables & floors were dirty. Coffee not fresh. Hash brown taste old & no seasoning. Sausage mcgriddle tasted like a sponge"
"Had a small cheeseburger that was supposed to have a little mayonnaise (& lettuce and Tomato); it was smothered in Mayonnaise as if the person who made it was trying to make a statement. Now we'll never ask for mayonnaise again. Additionally we were supposed to get LARGE frozen Fanta wild Cherry, but was told that it wasn't available. I saw the machine and the Cherry looked just as frozen as the blue one. She didn't offer anything for the inconvenience and I got the blue drink which was very small as I held it next to my large soda. She very curtly said it was large and still didn't offer anything in way of apology. Maybe it was her having a bad day but the quality of service was just as poor as the food production."
"Chloe is the rudest employee. She makes faces, rolls her eyes and is very sarcastic with customers. She should really not work in an industry with people as she doesn't know to treat customers. They should really get rid of her, she is not an asset to the company"
