McDonald's

"This is a fairly new McDonald's. Love the location, but I keep having issues when I use the app to order and pick up. It's happened 3 times. The manager has come out and looked at the app and doesn't understand what's wrong. Will travel a little further to another .McDonald's Where I have not had issues."

"Horrible service! Ordered a Big Mac meal and they forgot to put the meat in the burger! Worst part is they were not even busy. Manager on duty needs to pay more attention to the employees. We will not be visiting this location again."

"The food is not the problem. Service is. I understand it's a fairly new restaurant with new staff, but I've been there 3 times within a month and they have always given me my order wrong. From missing items to wrong food in its entirely. I hope this is fixed promptly with more training."

"Extremely slow service. Only one order of fries took them 9 minutes. Heard employees use vulgar language loudly from the kitchen. Kiosks are very slow. Atmosphere is ugly, gray and dead. Go somewhere else for slow service."

"Order twice the first time it was quick. Then I ordered fries that they keeped skipping over my order. So I left without my fries, just a refill that also took long. The place and food are great, just the workers are teenage morons."
