"I bought a coffee, I finished the coffee at noon and then I got thirsty, I poured myself a drink from the fountain in my own glass to leave the place, and a very rude lady came raising her voice at me and told me to throw it away because it was only for coffee , What the hell, it's the same as if I got a cup of water,"

"Ordered through the app thinking it would be faster to pick up, kept me waiting on the drive thru spot for like 20 minutes and got my order wrong :( I guess don't order on the app?"

"Everything is good but the friendliness of the staff. The old famous service with a smile is now service with a frown. Paid cash for a small drink and manager couldn't find it. 1st couple of times was good when i went, last 3 times was bad! And a sarcastic lobby employee lady who's seems bitter!! Always yanking things! Only drive thru recommended for all McDonald's lobby service at all McDonald's unless you go drive through. Oh and no one wants to speak English even though to get hired they stated they were bilingual?? Horrible I'm bilingual and answer the way the customer is talking! English or spanish!"

"New smokehouse bacon burger was hot off the grill when it came out. I was very impressed with the staff, how clean it was, and the food quality. My daughter dropped a full tray of food and they replaced it no questions asked. Would definitely eat here again."
