"Ordered ahead for pick up via drive through in the app and had a great experience. I showed up about 5 mins early and my order was ready. My coffee was freshly made and the Donuts I ordered were correct and super cute too! I love the heart shaped Donuts for valentine's day!"

"Average visit, even though the restaurant was all out of the food item wanting to order. Maybe next time will be a better visit. Being a new store, getting an idea for how much inventory to have will make for better operation. Went there today Sat 27 Jan and although wasn't right at first, staff made it very clear that they were responsible and would not let me pay. This location is awesome!! Infinite ☆'s!"

"This new store seems larger and organized better than the one on Edgemere. Went in for a couple dozen of the Halloween specials. The staff was busy but friendly and helpful. The decorations on the donuts were a bit wonky, but they still ate well. I will go back. 1/12/24 update, the store is clean and maintained every time I go in. I usually order from the app and the coffee and food is prepared quickly."

"I don’t often leave reviews or better yet a negative one, but I just placed a mobile order and picked it up not even 5 minutes after. I ordered two frozen iced drinks and they were very watery, not even close to “frozen” I called and talked to the manager and she said “our frozen drinks aren’t really frozen” what the does that even mean. Why have it on the menu if you guys can’t make it right? I was just so baffled that she said that. She did offer to remake it with more ice but I was already on the way home. If they know to add more ice to make it more icy why not do that to begin with."

"Ever since this place has opened I was excited coming here, but these last couple weeks the drinks have been really inconsistent. I only order coffee drinks no donuts so it's what I look forward to starting a long busy work day and the order doesn't even have coffee at times and will taste of watered down milk despite being very sweet orders. It happens so often that I'm gonna start going somewhere else or get down to ask for properly made drinks. I just had to come write this review. I've worked customer service and I know it can get hectic, but this happens almost every time now so I find that strange. It's just a recurring problem. How can a drink with a lot of flavor and sugar taste like only milk or purely bitter coffee with no sweetness?"
