"I went through the drive through at the Zaragoza/Montwood store. I ordered an egg mcmuffin and large coffee. When I got home all I got was a muffin with cheese. No ham or egg. Also I didn't get any cream or sugar for my coffee. Terrible service. Won't be going back any time soon."
"I'm working nearby & come here every morning for the McGriddle w/o cheese...well today I don't know what's going on because I did get my McGriddle but it has cheese (which I always omit) and no EGG!!! WTH? Plus I always ask for a small cup of ice for my piping hot coffee & everytime I ask for it they make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them."
