"This morning I ordered some breakfast for myself and the kids. Usually every time I order from this location the food is not hot. Whatever. It is still the more convenient location for us to go to. On the bacon McGriddle I ordered they added a sausage patty as well which I thought was odd but oh well, free sausage patty right? However it doesn't make up for the fact that I ordered a couple of caramel frappes and to my surprise my frappe had little bits of plastic throughout the drink. This is super dangerous. I am sure that I have swallowed some bits of plastic because I did not realize immediately what it was. I am glad that it was in my drink and not my children's because they probably would've just drank all that plastic. ingesting pieces of plastic CAN'T be good. All I have to say is be careful when ordering a drink from this location because it may have small pieces of plastic in it and if you order any drinks for you children, make sure to inspect their drinks first. I feel like I have small bits of plastic stuck in my throat. I am leaving this review from my computer otherwise I would add photos. I see they are also serving molded bread. I guess I will be calling corporate and being a Karen today but these are serious health hazards so idc."
"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. The people here are incompetent and will make you wait 20-30 min for the smallest of orders they made us wait in the spot reserved for online/mobile orders and they never brought anything out, went back in the drive through just for them to give it to us at the window. this place needs to be demolished and scrubbed off records so there are no remnants of a McDonalds ever existing here in the first place."
"Their fries are stale. They continuously mess up on orders. Super slow. Expect to wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru. Also, when they mess up the manager gets bothered when you request your complete order. Throws the big Mac in the bag & now its a mess."
"If i could give this place 0 starts I would. This is not the first time there is an issue with this location! Something must be done! Today i ordered a happy meal for my son. And they are serving rotten bread, thank god i noticed before my son actually ate it. Im a concerned since he did bite a little of bread but this is unacceptable!!! Someone can get seriously ill! Avoid this place!"
"In the men's bathroom there is a toilet paper dispenser. It has two empty rolls. You know, you take a giant roll of toilet paper, you use every single sheet, until you have a six-inches wide cardboard cylinder, and you don't bother replacing it... and you have two of those. What you have is, management that just doesn't care. A little small. Right on Joe Battle. Open 24 hours? Good to know."
