"If I could give a zero rating, I would. Placed our order in the drive through, when it came out, the burgers were cold. Took the order inside, waited almost 30 minutes for them to redo the order. Get the order home and the buns are over cooked, the cheeseburgers are cold (again) and the nuggets were cold. This is the WORST run McDonald's in the city."
"Service was average. Always a huge line. Is rare if you get a happy employee that will actually have good customer service. Some employees will show that are miserable working there just by looking at their face. There is a lady in the mornings on the drive thru, that is actually super nice and always greets you with a smile."

"How nasty. Came in for literally just a sweet tea the manager is giggling with her friends who came in, and the girl at the counter is slow. As you can see on the counter there’s no sweet tea so I asked if she had any in the back and she gave me literally clear water. Her coworker even said “hey that looks really light” and she was like “it’s fine” but it wasn’t it was gross and I’m having to wait now for fresh tea in this nasty lobby. All the giggling and playing around they have time to wipe down the counter smh"
