Starbucks

"Hello I wanted to make a complaint about a customer I had recently witnessed at the Starbucks on B concourse. There were only two employees on shift and both were busy working. Some lady came up and started yelling at a young man. She proceeded to yell at him while was busy, and so was the other lady with pink hair, I think this type of behavior is unnecessary and rude. She claimed to be working for Starbucks Corporate and her name was Linda, what type of people do you guys have representing your company with this type of behavior? It’s just embarrassing for the company."

"DO NOT go to the starbucks on terminal A, my dad and I tried to order two simple pistachio drinks but they took over 15 min to make it and still were not done. Not only that the guy in the front was clearly in no rush talking and messing around with his coworkers. I didn’t even get to try my drink because I was going to miss my flight. Wasted my time and money."

"What to say about this place? Over priced pretending to hate capitalism coffeeish crud. The workers look down their noses just as much as their base. It smells ok, but that's it, I only went here because some asked me to use their money to buy them something. Other than that I haven't bought anything here since 2012. I like my money more than this corporation thinks it deserves it."

"For the life of them @ this ELP Terminal location, they cannot get my order right. Even when I say it or write it down. It's always what they want to give me. I always order a "Matcha Lemonade with Coconut Milk on top" and they always blend the two & shake it up together & pour it in my cup. It's NEVER as I specifically order it & it seems to honestly confuse them. But I don't get WHY? And I always drink them anyway because I love Matcha and Coconut Milk."

"Good to have a cup of coffee when its cold outside . Remember not to purchase items like this because they can not be brought into the United States. They will be confiscated. So don't let someone talk you into buying these items you will only lose your money and can get in trouble if not reported to duty officer. But thank you Starbucks for the shop in the Airport"
