"If you are Unable to place your Order at the Kiosk, then go elsewhere, because they will Not take your Order at The Counter. It may be Some company rule that's not posted and/or Not in there Job description. And they had to take my Order at the counter because the kiosk was malfunctioning."

"I frequent this McDonalds at least once a week and its always a bad experience. I always get two large diets cokes and sides. I always ask for a cup holder and always get attitude back. Today I stopped by at 2:25 pm to get 2 large diet cokes and 2 sundaes and specifically said if I could get a cup holder when ordering. When I got to the second window to get my drinks and sundaes, the girl at the window hands me the two cokes without a cup holder and I asked her if I could get one, and she said “they don’t fit in your car”? Like sorry for asking for something that I needed."

"I received the wrong order (quarter pounder). My wife took it back to the counter, very rudely the manager (Richard R.) Without saying a word and making bad faces, Took the sandwich from her and tossed it in the trash, and after awhile the sandwich was replaced, still wrong, My wife asked him why he threw it away and if she can give it to a homeless person right outside the restaurant, he rudely told her he had to account for it? By throwing it in the trash? We always go to this restaurant, it aways dirty, tables never clean ,employees walk around with unhappy anger looks, a good manager should lead by example, obviously he doesnt,"

"For a McDonald's that is near UTEP I would assume it would be decently clean. I am starting to realize that cleanliness is no longer a priority when it comes to dining in. So we decided to rat on the patio. Had 5 people and could not move chairs to accommodate all of us at one table. Other than that was decent meal propr to the graduation we were in the area for."
