"I go almost every day to this location. There are a few rude employees like Denise who don't know customer service but the manager is very nice. Luis and Sophia always make my coffee just right"
"The staff today was what seemed to be in a horrible mood, went in on a Sunday around 2pm and not many donuts (excusable due to it being later in the day). My mother asked if they had a specific donuts (old fashioned chocolate) the girl at the register said it rudely we've never had those, and walked away. Then after we paid for the first order we waited to order something else was completely ignored and when she finally acknowledged us again my mom again said we were going to order something else and was ignored again. We left after waiting again. I understand you may not like your job or having a bad day (as I too work food customer service) but that is no way to treat customers."
"Hit or miss. I love the Dunkin’ app, offers and drinks but this location is off. Unsure about how they teach quality control but the drinks are hardly the same. Sometimes they’re perfect, sometimes they’re completely different even when you order the exact same thing. I am ordering coffee, and expect there to to be coffee in my drink— not only milk… My drink should not be this white…"
"RESTROOM: 5/5 CLEANLINESS: 4/5 FOOD: 1/5 I ordered a large frozen mocha. I was awful. It was too sweet and it didn't taste like a mocha at all. It tasted like expired swirl mix that should have been thrown away. I won't be going for anything"
