"When you wait over twenty minutes for this. To top it off, employee tosses your cold food across the counter top. This is the amount of double fried fries they gave me. This employee was no simple cashier and should be written up and reprimanded for her poor customer service."
"I would give less then one star,but I can't.. I ordered a simple order of a double quarter pounder,no onions. And got a single quarter pounder WITH onions. And when I want back to exchange the order (after noticing from a bite I did not enjoy) I asked for the correct order,pulled up,they took my old burger which was now cold,added a patty on it,and gave it back,I knew it was my cold one because of the bite I had taken. It took me 25 minutes to talk to the manager to be able to get my order re-made for just this one simple burger. I am beyond upset with this waste of time and money spent,and will not be back to this particular building."
"Went for breakfast placed order through app, pulled up and it had been cancelled. Called and after like 4 times trying finally got an answer. They asked me to go ahead and order through drive thru so I did. Paid extra for folded egg which was not given so called again since they had me waiting at a stall, they had me hold for like 5 minutes and women who answered was so rude. I asked if I could just get a refund for the egg and she said I had to walk inside for it? Ummm why not through drive thru? She rudely said well that’s the only way I can do it. I responded and said I wasn’t able and wouldn’t do that, she huffed and said just go through drive thru. Like really? Manager at the window did NOTHING to apologize when I told her about it. No empathy no sorry, nothing. Horrible customer service. This location needs help. BADLY."
"I ordered my cheeseburger and waited and waited and waited for my food to come. It never did. I waited about 15-20 minutes and watched as people who ordered after me picked up their food and left. I went up to the cashier's box and no one was manning the station as usual. I saw McDonald's staff walk in front of me and pass by me like I wasn't there (I'm 5'11" and 260lbs. They saw me.). Because they refused to fill my order and refused to acknowledge me, I walked into their kitchen. They all saw me then! The manager rushed over and asked me to get out of the kitchen for liability purposes. I said I would if they would fill my order. I told her I ordered one thing (a cheeseburger) and had been waiting nearly 20 minutes for them to fill my order. I told her how her employees, much like her, actively ignore their customers who took the time to get out of their car and actually enter their establishment. Apparently, I am not as important as a drive-thru customer. She stopped listening to me, grabbed the nearest cheeseburger, put it in a bag and handed it to me. I thanked her for her attention. Why do I have to make a scene just to get my order? The service at this McDonald's is trash. These people are exactly the reason I will never support a $15 minimum wage. If they can't do their job at $7.50, why would I vote to pay them more?!"
"If you’re going to talk poorly about your customers make sure you do it with the drive thru window closed. I got to the window and the young man gave me fries first and then I waited over 5 minutes and he gave me all the burgers but 1 and then I waited longer and he asked me to park to wait for the last burger. I asked to have fresh fries since they’re now cold and he turned to “Delaina” and told her and she shook her said and said,”why would she get hot fries? No”. So I pointed and told her that I could hear her and to forget it then but I wasn’t going to park. Extremely rude. 20 minutes to get food in a drive thru is entirely too long. Especially when it’s only a couple cheeseburgers and fries. Not everyone eats in their cars.I should have checked the burger before biting into it. You can see how it was cooked and how much salt they DUMPED all over it. This is ridiculous. Please see the photos."
