"The food was good but the service was bad, they got our order wrong . We had 3 separate orders and all 3 were wrong."
"Food was good, service was horrible! I ordered a big Mac & fries and a 10 pc nugget meal and not only did it take almost 25 minutes to receive my order (with no one in the restaurant) but the lady never gave me my drink cups and forgot the fries as well.. when I let her know what I was missing from the order, she very rudely said " let me see your receipt" as if I were lying. They are the slowest and rudest employees I have ever encountered.. you can stand at the counter for 10 minutes and not one employee or manager will acknowledge you until you literally yell at them for attention. It's ridiculous!!! Worst McDonald's in El Paso by far!! Do better please"
"Placed order was told to wait away from delivery window. 25mins later I got food after going to window trying ask about hold up which window lady employee cut me short & said for me to move away from window that someone would let me know. 5mins later order is brought to car with items missing, went into store & no one came to counter I had to flag emploee who turned out to be manager who was.very arrogant saying "Ok so theres your tea (which had been sitting there for over 25mins) what else." At the end still had 1 item missing. When commented to manager about items missing & the 20+ mins his answer was "Yea ok" there was no " we're sorry,." I just walked away frustrated. Bad, bad service, Bad attitude starting with the MANAGER."
"This store is inside a Walmart that I shop at frequently. The service is slow but they cheat the system by marking your order as ready even when it isn't. However, this visit will be my last. I bit into a chicken nugget that had a foul taste and odor. I spit it out immediately. I'm pretty sure that store has some major health violations. I'm never eating there again. It just isn't worth the risk."
