"This Restaurant's policy is to service live customers 1st. All delivery/online orders have to wait until the lobby is not busy with live customers. This is very frustrating because the delivery order customers aren't yelling at the restaurant or manager on site, instead they are raising concerns with the delivery driver who is not at fault for this backwards policy. Shame on you JI management."

"The staff was friendly, but the food has gone down hill. We use to enjoy going to Wendy's for frosty s and burgers. The burgers tasted like they were reheated in a microwave and they were not cooked properly. It was pretty gross. The frosty s were good."

"Rude manager, she didn't want to charge us at the window because she knew she was rude in the drive thru. Mind you the food was disgusting, we ordered a bourbon bacon burger and they gave us who knows what that looks like, and it smelled weird. Never again will we go to this location. Also, if I could give this place a zero star, I would."
