"Worst experience ever . We have gone several times first time in the drive thru they said we’re closed and didn’t get service the second time I actually parked and went inside they just stand there staring at you .we were in there standing there waiting to order for about a good 5 to 10 minutes no one ever acknowledge us , So then We ordered at the kiosk and then when I was about to pay I swiped my card a few times someone shouted It doesn’t work so I decided we would go eat somewhere else everyone was hungry and my kids where frustrated I was getting ugly vibes from staff everyone in the kitchen looks like they hate there job. This is the new remodeled wendys . I actually used to come very often to the old location before they remodeled it I don’t believe me and my family will ever be coming back to this location."

"We did not receive our food because there was no proper customer service, and the self order machines do not work, we will never go back to Wendy's ever again here in Big Spring TX, we wated aproxx 45 mins and still did not receive any service."

"Their service was horrible.i went multiple times and they didn't ask to take my order and I ordered on the self check out and even after I was done they decided to say it didn't work."

"This is one of the nastiest Wendy’s I’ve been in. Nasty restrooms, shoes stick to the floor in the dining area, flies. My only defense for going there is I’m from out of town. Avoid , if you have any self-preservation instincts!"

"The gal that waited on us in the drive thru was very friendly to my husband but wouldn’t say a word to me. He didn’t believe me so I told him to watch…. I asked him to ask her for creamer and sugar for my coffee and also extra. He did and she brought it and I told her “thank you very much.” Not a peep out of her, no smile, nada. When she brought the food out she was chatting with me husband and very friendly, but still not a word to me, lol. All that matters is that we got our food Anna full bellies Ann’s now the rest of the day will be Devine!!! Be blessed y’all!"
