"Kind male cashier but the female server was very unpleasant. I came back after noticing my order was messed up as I didn't get any fries. This lady gave me a rude look when I asked for my fries and she barely apologized. Terrible customer service. I decided to avoid this branch because I see other reviews saying the same thing."

"Order through drive up was wrong, went inside to get the right food and that’s when I noticed that the drinks and food that had been returned by other guests had promptly sent to customers in drive through window. Food was set on the floor before being cooked and or served, I asked for a refund and it was refused.. This was the worst service I have ever received by this company and I will not go back again. I have photos of this experience and plan on posting them after they are seen by Texas Health & Safety gets to see them first. Highly recommend that continued customers ensure the food they purchase is fresh and correct in front of their own eyes for the safety of themselves and / or families."

"Service was terrible. The lady helping me didn't smile at all and was rude and gave me a dirty look when I asked for the sauce that they forgot to give me in the first place. My fries were filled up half way and that's being generous. Overall so disappointed. Update went again today and they still haven't changed lady was super rude and messed up my order and when I asked her to fix it she said she couldn't. Worst chick fil a ever, if you can go off campus I would because this is not what chick fil a is supposed to be like."

"Shot here to grab a quick meal while my son had a baseball tournament at Tech. Just like every other location and every other time - the service is quick, people are overly friendly, order is accurate and food is hot and tasty. Utilized 2 stall drive-thru. Long line but went by quickly. It’s clear that quality and training at this organization is top notch. Always very well done. Frequent visitor. Always an A! Excellent as always! Great menu options and the staff was on top of things. Always a good place to eat!"
