"Here are some inside of this place, I just test how the service will perform with a 15% tip or without. This is a place where there is no service, you grab the sandwich prepared and go and sit in any available place in the court. That being said, the 15% tips made my ham and cheese well prepared and toast, excellent, the 0% tip made my sandwich horrible, cold and bad. For the Management, in case they are interested in the reference, this happens on February 8th/2024 at 3:30 pm. Make your mind yourself if you have a tip or not for someone to prepare the food right, perhaps the owner here doesn't pay a salary, or otherwise miserable salary, or maybe the employee needs to be replaced it."

"Grabbed lunch here at noon on 9/10 while waiting for my flight. There was a slow moving line, but it only took about 10 minutes to place my order, and then my order was ready just a short few minutes later. I got the Cuban panini. It was delicious. The bread was beautifully toasted, the cheese inside was melted, the meat was seasoned wonderfully, and the pickles brightened up the sandwich. Great quick bite before a flight!"

"Just landed at Lubbock Airport and ordered 3 bagels. This is the worst excuse of cream cheese I've ever seen in my life! These are completely DRY."

"Please do not eat here. Wait until you get to your destination outside of the Lubbock airport to eat instead. It was early morning and the cook taking the orders was the rudest person I’ve ever met. No customer service at all. Sadly, the food was decent, but the way in which this lady barks for your order and her tone in doing so soured the whole experience. Lubbock is a beautiful town, great people and I had a great time until this. Sad that one person can bring the whole trip down."

"Not many options for food in the airport and I’m sorry that this is one of them. One gentleman at the counter was kind and helpful. The experience was soured when the shorter angry woman came to the counter and yelled at us to go pay. I told her we were still waiting on one more bagel. She yelled that it didn’t matter and that I should go pay and she would bring it out. Not sure why yelling at customers is ok but maybe it’s because there are no consequences when food options are so limited. Next time it will be a hard pass. Food was average."
