"We went to drive thru… let me say the young man at the window was NOT friendly at all. Rude hateful… not how you want to be treated after spending over $40… we didn’t get silverware like ok it’s to go obviously! It was an issue when we asked for silverware didn’t even get enough for all orders we shared lol… was a problem we asked for soy sauce. Then we didn’t even get everything. Had to pull around and go in to get what was left out. Second time using this one and won’t be back for awhile rude and order has been missed up each time."
"So the whole idea of ordering via the app is to have your food ready when you get there, right? Saturday afternoon noon but the restaurant wasn't horribly busy. Order was to be ready at 5:09 and I got there at 5:07. Maybe a half dozen people in the service line and 4 cars in the drive thru. I sit and wait and wait and wait. I watch everyone in line and about a half dozen more come in and get served. Finally at 5:20 the manager asks me the name on my order and starts working on it. I get my food at 5:25. I mention it's 15 minutes late and the answer I got was they were slammed with online orders. It would have been much faster to drive to the location, come inside, stand in line, and order to go. Last time I'll order online for this location. They simply have no good plan in place to handle online orders and it's obvious that the people that are in line to order are much more important to them."
"Love the location of this Panda Express as it is much closer to our house. We visited on a Sunday afternoon about 2 pm. Noted the parking lot was fairly full, the drive thru had about 10 cars. When we entered the building, half the tables were full and d 5 people standing in line for mobile pick-up orders. It took several minutes for one of the line staff to wait on us, giving me time to look at the entree bowls. As usual, the string bean chicken was empty, as was the grilled chicken teriyaki and honey sesame chicken. I also noticed that none of the cooks were cooking anything. Both cooks were in the back, and the girl that finally helped us had to go get one of them to make the string bean chicken and teriyaki chicken. Seems to me there is a breakdown in communication between the line staff and the cooks, allowing the line to have empty bowls when they were obviously busy. I am aware that this is a new location, but I have had similar issues at other locations of Panda Express. The food was good, and portions are generous; however, they need to work on keeping that line full and not having people waiting for the cooks to 'catch' up. We also noticed that cars in the drive thru had to wait for food to be brought out to them."
"They don't have enough employees. If I didn't order from the app, I would have gone somewhere else. The customers have been cleaning their own tables, for the last hour. I ordered ahead and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes. The food is awesome though, but everything else is lacking and not very well prepared for their opening. Hopefully, it gets better soon."
"I ordered through the drive thru. There was no line, the service was great, and the food came out fast. However, when I got home and tasted my food, I was quite disappointed. I got my usual: a plate with Super Greens as a side, Black Pepper Angus Steak as one entree, and tried the new Chili Crisp Shrimp in place of the Honey Walnut Shrimp. The steak was disgusting, it was greasy and flavorless, and the Super Greens were okay, at best. I don't think I'll be visiting this location again, even though it is closer to me."
