"It's remarkable people still come here. The current AM and District manager are a joke, it won't be long until leadership is changed. Even then, it won't get better until the employees are properly taken care of. Or they'll find people dumb enough to work with unfair pay. So good luck dealing with unhappy employees. Reading all these past reviews and current, clearly Burger King is a joke. The employees would care, if the people above the employees cared. But they do not. And that won't change, until corporate comes on down and makes changes + really see what goes on behind doors. Or the AM and DM do there job better, but that hasn't been seen in quite awhile."

"I try hard not to review places if I have a bad experience because I know everyone has off days, but you should save yourself the trouble of going to pretty much any Burger King in Lubbock. I had not been to this location before and hoped it would be better than others. Nope. We drove through just a bit ago. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with cheese added, a Texas double whopper meal with no jalapenos, two regular cheeseburgers, and a cookie. The meals were large. Our receipt is correct so I know this was just an issue filling it. We got medium fries for both meals, no cheese on the chicken sandwich, and NO cheeseburgers or cookie. We're on our way out of town with a packed car and I didn't realize the many mistakes until it was too hard to go back. Yes, I should have checked my order but it also should be correct. It's so far from correct. Just skip this restaurant and get something different."

"Burger King has the superior fast food burger if made correctly. UNFORTUNATELY this Burger King is extremely Ghetto and extremely slow. Employees are on their phone instead of wanting to help guest. I wish this location was better but it's Terrible. Always check your order before leaving its 100% wrong every time. And they are never busy. Macdonald next door is where we will go from now on. Unfortunately"
