"Paid for 2 venti Cappuccinos with caramel! They gave me literally less then half a cup! When I asked why is it not full, they told me that that is how it is supposed to be ! It is not! I have been buying venti and I always get venti filled up! If I wanted a regular size I would have got small one! Never again!"
