"Worst customer service on the planet! Walk in the lobby that was open at 7:30 am only to be told the lobby was closed and she had no crew. But as the manager standing there in front of the register was unable to even place an order. She said I could go through the drive through but I drive large truck that doesn’t fit in the drive lanes. Appreciate the help!!"

"Can't say much as I always order a 20-40 or nuggets. But the nuggets are always fresh and tasty (no old grease) They load me up with sauce without my asking (big Big pro for me) Drinks are always crisp and refreshing. Atmosphere gets a 4 cause I feel weird giving a drive through a 5 lol"

"Waited in line for over 35 minutes then they brought out the wrong food. When I said we were missing items the man said we didn't order that. Had to produce a receipt before he would believe me. Went back in and told us to pull forward. We just left without food. Watched multiple people leave the line they were taking so long."

"Absolutely horrible!!!! Ordered a Big Mac add extra cheese meat and sauce only to receive a plain burger with 1 piece of cheese. Mind you I was charged for all the extras!!"

"The manager is so hateful, I come in every Friday night with my grandson, she charges for a cup that is supposed to be paid for with a happy meal, she charges for extra sauce not asked for, she never smiles, her customer service is horrible. She made us stand for 5 minutes just looked at us and turned around and never has a kind word ever. She has a hateful spirit and needs some kind of customer service training. If it wasn't for my grandson wanting to play in the gym with all the kids, I would never come back. Awful night time manager with a hateful disposition. Brandon, I asked for you but you had already gone for the day! I am now going to the McDonalds at 6511 82nd St, where they have the nicest staff who treat us better with smiles. They have a play area too that is remodeled and way nicer!"
