"To be completely honest, I have tried to be as forgiving and gracious about the situations that occured at this McDonald's. However, there are plenty of times where we have entire burgers and fries missing. We even came home with two kids meals with just the toys inside and no nuggets. Today, I ordered through the drive thru and was instructed to park where there were already cars. So I parked and then had to go inside to pick up my order which they did not get correct, so after I put the food in my car I had to go back inside again to retrieve what was missing from my order. There was no remorse for their incompetence."

"Not sure who trained the drive thru staff but whoever did, they did a poor job. I was there like 10 minutes ago to pick up an order I made on the app. Made it to window 1 and I had to adjust all the lids on all the drinks, then they forgot a McFlurry. I told the worker and she rudely said you didn’t order one but it’s good, I offered my receipt with it clearly on it and she said ITS GOOD."

"Busy, poor workers have friendly potential but management seems to busy to take pride in the Teamwork those kids do overcoming his lazy don't care attitude. I asked him for something he looked me dead in the eyes and walked away to go make a young woman feel uncomfortable. Thankfully the young man whom seemed very new notice even while with someone else and winged it. Great job new dude, you will have his job in no time."
